Niki Lauda was my first "favorite driver".  I had snuck into the Mosport Park pit and paddock area in 1972.  The first 2 drivers I came across where Niki and Ronnie Peterson.  I wished them lots of luck for the weekend and Niki and I had a nice little conversation for a few minutes..... that is all it took for me as I am sooooooo easy !!!  Who would have thought that Niki would become one of the F1 greats!  I got to see Niki win flag to flag at the Glen in 1975, in 1977 Niki clinched his 2nd WDC at The Glen, and in 1984 I saw Niki come in 2nd at Montreal...............
